There’s nothing I can think of that fills my senses quite like the promise of spring as everything awakens around me…
Several weeks ago, we had some winter storms that left a virtually Narnian landscape in their wake. I loved that beneath the bitter chill, the snow, and the ice, you could still see that indomitable spirit of spring just waiting for its moment in the sun…
… and its moment has finally arrived!
gearing up for a summer theatre adventure

I just wanted to give a little shout-out to my daughter, who was recently accepted into the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati 2009 S.T.A.R. program, a summer musical theatre workshop. She’s going to be a busy little girl this July, but she couldn’t be more excited!
A bit of related trivia: we kid her that she actually made her stage ‘debut’ while still in utero, though Alice’s overalls were devised to belie that fact as she adventured in Wonderland.
